The Legacy
Our family comes from a long line of great Southern cooks.
Three generations of family recipes and restaurant expertise allow us to offer some of the finest regional specialties right here in your neck of the woods.
Originating in the Carolinas, the Kanos family relocated to Pinellas County, Florida to open a Southern style restaurant in 1972. Chicken King was located in Tarpon Springs where it thrived as a favorite for fried chicken and North Carolina style barbecued pork. Popular demand caused growth, and Chicken King was expanded and relocated in 1988 to the spot we now call home in Palm Harbor. Then in 1998, the restaurant was passed on to the current generation. At that time, our name was changed to Magnolia Grille and our menu was further expanded to include all the great meals we now prepare fresh daily.
We've enjoyed 39 years of feeding our community and we're looking forward to feeding your family soon!
